14-day Cooling-off Period

At Live Pakketjes, you have a **14-day cooling-off period** from the moment you receive your order. You may return the package if you are not entirely satisfied.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note: For certain products, an exception to the right of withdrawal applies. Below you will find which products cannot be returned:

  • Live Unboxings: When purchasing a live unboxing service, returns or refunds are not possible after the service has been performed. Since the packages in a live unboxing are immediately opened and thus used, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The seal of the packages is broken during this service, causing the product to be considered used.
  • Personalized packages (with name, photo, custom text, or custom content)
  • Hygiene products that have been opened
  • Perishable products (food, drinks, fresh produce) unless there is a defect upon arrival

Conditions for Returns

  • The package must be in its original packaging
  • The products must not be used or opened (unless otherwise stated)
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receipt

How to Return?

  1. Send an email to retour@livepakketjes.com with your order number and reason
  2. You will receive instructions and possibly a return label
  3. Pack it well and send it back
