1. Warranty on our packages

At Live Pakketjes, we offer a **30-day warranty** on all our products. This means that if there's anything wrong with your package (damaged, incorrect contents, leakage, etc.), we will resolve it free of charge.

What is covered by the warranty?

  • Products that arrive broken or damaged
  • Incorrect or missing items
  • Quality issues (e.g., spoiled food items)
  • Manufacturing defects

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Taste preferences (e.g., "didn't like it")
  • Damage due to misuse or your own fault
  • Delays caused by the delivery service (for this, our shipping guarantee applies)

2. Filing a complaint

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us as soon as possible. The sooner, the better!

  • A brief explanation of what is wrong

3. How do we handle complaints?

  1. We will respond to your complaint within 24-48 hours
  2. We will assess the situation
  3. You will receive an appropriate solution: a new package, a voucher, or a refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Live Pakketje, you can let us know within 14 days of receipt. We will resolve it — no hassle.
