1. Definitions

  • Live Pakketjes: the webshop and service provider, located in the Netherlands.
  • Customer: the natural or legal person who places an order.
  • Live Unboxing: a service where packages are opened live (e.g., via stream).

2. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Live Pakketjes.

3. Offer and agreement

  • Offers are non-binding and may be changed.
  • An agreement is concluded when you receive a confirmation email.
  • Live Pakketjes reserves the right to refuse orders without stating a reason.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made via the offered payment methods.
  • In case of late payment, Live Pakketjes is entitled to dissolve the agreement.

5. Shipping and delivery

  • Orders are shipped via PostNL or another carrier chosen by us.
  • Delivery time is indicative. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle to compensation.
  • Live Unboxings are performed at an agreed time.

6. Right of withdrawal / Returns

Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the order. Please see our Returns Policy for the full conditions.

Important exception: For Live Unboxings, the right of withdrawal is excluded after the service has been performed, as the packages are opened immediately and the seal is broken.

7. Warranty and complaints

We provide a 30-day warranty on our products. Please see our Complaints & Warranty page for more information.

8. Liability

  • Live Pakketjes is not liable for indirect damage.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

9. Force majeure

In case of force majeure (including pandemics, strikes, natural disasters, problems with carriers), Live Pakketjes is not obliged to fulfill the agreement.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, photos, logos, videos) is the property of Live Pakketjes and may not be used without permission.

11. Personal data

Live Pakketjes processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

Live Pakketjes reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The changed conditions will take effect 14 days after publication.

13. Disputes

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Live Pakketjes is located.
